Bitter ebook fight ends as Amazon and Hachette sign new deal

hachetteAmazon and Hachette Book Group have signed a deal to end their long-running price dispute that saw the online retail giant refuse to stock some of the publisher’s books. Amazon agreed a similar deal with Simon & Schuster last month that gives the publishing company control over e-book pricing “with some limited exceptions”.
