Dentsu Aegis acquires Geneva based digital agency blue-infinity

MRWeb news: Marcoms group Dentsu Aegis has acquired Geneva, Switzerland-based digital agency blue-infinity, which offers a range of integrated marketing, CRM, commerce, retail, tracking, and analytics services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001 by Christophe Martin and Pierre Aebischer, blue-infinity has a team of more than 500 digital experts who provide clients in the retail, banking, pharmaceutical and non-governmental sectors with a combination of creative and technical skills. In addition to Switzerland, the firm currently has offices in the Czech Republic and Portugal.

Following its acquisition, blue-infinity will join Dentsu Aegis Network’s global digital marketing agency Isobar, and be known as ‘blue-infinity – Linked By Isobar’. The blue-infinity management team will remain unchanged, with Martin and Aebischer leading the business and reporting directly to Lars Bo Jeppesen, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Nordics, Central & Eastern Europe.
