Future plc, the international media group, today announces that its Australian business has acquired two technology brands – APC and TechLife – from Bauer Media Group.
The acquisition of APC and TechLife – the leading technology brands in Australia – is consistent with the digital growth strategy set out at our interim results in May 2013 to grow our online audiences and build revenues in the tablet markets.
