ITE and Messe Frankfurt each acquire 50 per cent stake in Comtrans and Autotrans

ITEOnce the takeover has been completed, the joint venture will be called ITEMF Expo AO. Comtrans and Autotrans are important events in Russia for commercial vehicles, buses and special vehicles.
