DVV Media International Ltd (DVV) has today announced its intention to acquire the publishing activities and conferences in the aviation sector from Reed Business Information Ltd (RBI), part of the Risk & Business Analytics (R&BA) market segment of RELX.
Centaur Media Plc (“Centaur” or the “Group”), an international provider of business information and specialist consultancy, today announces that it has entered into a conditional agreement to sell Centaur Human Resources Limited, the owner of the Employee Benefits brand and the rest of its HR business, to DVV Media International Ltd (“DVV Media International”) for a cash consideration of £5m (subject to customary post-completion adjustments). Completion of the disposal is expected to take place on 30 April 2019.
DVV Media International Ltd has acquired Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International (HLPFI), the leading magazine and website serving the logistics sector for over-dimensional and/or heavy cargoes.
Reed Business Information (RBI) has announced today that it has agreed to divest personneltoday.com, personneltodayjobs.com, Occupational Health & Wellbeing, whatmedia.co.uk and the Recruitment Advertising Awards, and their associated products, services and events, to DVV Media International Limited, the UK professional publishing division of Rheinishe Post. Terms were not disclosed.
This decision reflects RBI’s continuing strategic priority of focusing on its data and analytics business.
