Wiley has acquired A&M Publishing Ltd., the Guildford, U.K.-based publisher for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, and GIT Verlag GmbH, a Darmstadt, Germany-based publisher for the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, security and engineering industries. The terms of the transactions, which closed during the week of April 15, were not disclosed.
