Top Right Group Ltd., the U.K. media group owned by Apax Partners LLP and Guardian Media Group, plans to sell a bundle of news magazine titles as part of a divestment strategy, two people with knowledge of the matter said.
Top Right, based in London, hired an adviser to sell its Media Business Insight unit, publisher of business-to-business magazines including Broadcast and Screen International, said the people, who asked not to be identified because they were weren’t authorized to speak publicly.
