BlueFocus Communications Group – a leading Chinese PR company – has completed its £36.5m investment in international public relations and healthcare communications group Huntsworth. The strategic alliance was first announced on 25 April.
BlueFocus International has acquired 63,000,000 new Huntsworth shares – 19.6% of the issued ordinary share capital – and Oscar Zhao has joined the Huntsworth board as a non-executive director.
