The deal will support the growth of Capita’s CHKS business, which has over 25 years’ experience of providing analytics and insight services to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
Health Analytics is a software application provider which blends data from all sources – primary, secondary, community and social care – to provide a system wide data set. On the back of this Health Analytics supports whole population health management and a system wide shared care record.
Key products within Health Analytics’ portfolio include a continuing Health Care Invoicing tool that has saved its clients up to 15% in the first year of deployment. They also have the Care Planning system which delivers a compliant, safe, secure, and auditable End of Life record for patients which can be accessed across the NHS. These tools collectively support the NHS Vision for a single view of the patient and support the development of New Models of Care.
CHKS has recently partnered with the Health Analytics team to develop an innovative, accountable care organisation (ACO) tool for Barking, Havering and Redbridge CCGs.
