ITE Group has today acquired a 50% stake in the pan–ASEAN professional beauty event series ‘Cosmobeauté’ and the laboratory equipment ‘Lab’ exhibitions from Malaysia-based ECMI Trade Fairs S.E.A Sdn Bhd (ECMI). These events have taken place in Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam for almost a decade.
This move includes the formation of a joint venture company, ECMI ITE Asia Sdn Bhd, to develop new exhibitions in the ASEAN region with a particular focus on Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar.
