Omnicom continues to expand its footprint in Brazil. Earlier this year, Omnicom’s TBWA took a majority stake in Brazil’s advertising agency Mood. Now, another Omnicom unit, DAS Group is acquiring a minority stake in In Press, said to be the third largest public relations agency in Brazil. In Press, as the majority owner, will function independently but collaboratively with DAS. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
