QD Events has acquired Fishing, Europe’s leading annual fisheries event, from Norwegian-based publisher IntraFish. Terms were not disclosed.
“Our strategy is to continue to build our trade show division at QD Events, so this is an excellent addition to our portfolio and one we believe has a great future,” said QD Events managing director Fran McIntyre. “These specialist events continue to grow in success, and the subject matter has a great affinity with Scotland and our outward connections across the North Sea and beyond.”
