Accenture Buys Major Stake in Japanese Digital Agency

Global management consultancy Accenture has bought a majority stake in Tokyo, Japan-based full service digital agency IMJ Corporation, which offers strategic planning, data analytics and web integration. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1996, IMJ provides a suite of services to support clients’ digital marketing activities across multiple platforms and channels.
