Somerset-based Hale Events has announced the acquisition of the Hotel & Catering Show in Bournemouth, from Evisstar for an undisclosed sum
Evisstar has acquired the Hotel & Catering Show (HCS) from Optimus Events in a deal brokered by Martin Wright of Media Mergers. HCS is the number one hospitality trade-only show in the South of England.
