Specialist publisher The Chelsea Magazine Company Ltd has acquired Little Media Ltd, publishers of Baby London, Baby Surrey and Baby Hampshire magazines, for an undisclosed sum.
Little Media founders Adrian Wilkinson and Jessica Way, together with their teams, will all remain with the titles.
