Top Right Group could see sale or flotation after bankers asked for options

Top Right GroupInvestment bankers have been asked to come up with future options for Top Right Group, which could include a sale or flotation of the publisher. Formed out of the professional publishing division of Emap, Top Right Group was bought by the private equity company Apax and GMG in 2007 for about £1bn. The Guardian owns 32.9% of Top Right Group, with the remainder owned by Apax.
