A subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG in Turkey, Hannover Fairs Turkey Fuarcılık A.Ş., founded with Sektörel Fuarcılık A.Ş., organizer of the ICCI International Energy & Environment Fair and Conference, a new company. Hannover Fairs Turkey Fuarcılık is majority owner of the joint venture. It operates under Hannover Messe Sektörel Fuarcılık A.Ş. and will now host the ICCI.
The ICCI is the leading trade show and conference for energy and environmental technologies in Turkey. It was first held in 1994 and annually attracts about 360 exhibitors and more than 15 000 visitors. The next event is on 24 to 26 Planned April 2014 at the Istanbul Expo Center and focuses on issues such as energy deregulation and restructuring, projections on energy demand and supply, the EU’s energy policy and technical issues of combined heat and power generation, power plants operating and environmental technologies, and recycling systems to renewable energy and waste management.
