The owners of CloserStill Media, the organiser of Data Centre World and Powering the Cloud (Both deals brokered by Media Mergers) have hired DC Advisory Partners to look at “strategic options” next year.
According to Conference News, CloserStill is valued at around the £90m mark and acquired leading German specialist ICT event ‘Powering the Cloud’ in April for an undisclosed sum. The company also launched Data Centre World Frankurt a geo-adaption of its annual ExCel event to run alongside it.
