Hearst has taken a 25 per cent stake in AwesomenessTV, the teen-focused digital video network owned by DreamWorks Animation, in a deal that values Awesomeness at $325m. The deal, coming less than two years after DWA paid $33m for Awesomeness, suggests that valuations of digital video networks continue to soar.
