TSL Education Limited today announces the sale of its 43% holdings in ECCTIS Limited to leading student recruitment, marketing and management company, Hobsons plc.
Formed in 1989, the principal activity of ECCTIS is that of National and International qualifications and accreditation. The company currently has three main sections, these are the UK National Academic Recognition Information Centre (UK NARIC), the UK National Reference Point for Vocational Qualifications (UK NRP) and the National Europass Centre for the UK (UK NEC).
