WPP’s Ogilvy to buy stake in PennyWise Solutions

WPP announced that its wholly owned operating company Ogilvy & Mather has agreed to acquire a majority stake in PennyWise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading digital technology and production companies.
