Cello’s Signal division acquires Line Digital

cello-logoCello Group plc (AIM: CLL, “Cello”, or “the Group”), the insight and strategic marketing group, is further reinforcing the digital capability of its Cello Signal business via the acquisition of Line Digital Limited (“Line”). Total consideration has not been disclosed.

Line is a digital agency with 13 employees, based in Edinburgh specialising in web design and development and online marketing strategy. Core clients include Scottish Friendly, Standard Life, Tesco Bank, Travel Corp and Edinburgh Fringe.

Line will be fully integrated into Blonde Digital, and will supplement Cello Signal’s growing expertise in building complex digital technology platforms for clients.

Following the purchase, Blonde will become a 60 person strong digital agency.
