Martin Waller of the Times commented about Informa in Tempus on Friday.
I suggested in October, as the long-serving chief executive Peter Rigby was moving towards the door, that Informa looked like a work in progress. His successor Lord Carter, better known as Stephen Carter, the former head of the media regulator Ofcom, has been in place for only seven weeks and understandably is not keen to make swift decisions.
