Martin Sorrell closes in on second deal since leaving WPP

Martin Sorrell is closing in on his second acquisition since starting his new S4 Capital group and is in talks to buy MightyHive, a US programmatic advertising company, according to people briefed on the plans.

MightyHive is valued at about $140m-$200m and generates revenue of about $25m a year, according to the people briefed on the talks. The company, which is run by Peter Kim, a former Google executive, also advises brands on taking their digital marketing in-house.
