Wilmington sells its “Drinks” division to William Reed

logo-iwcThe board of Wilmington Group plc , the professional information and training group, is pleased to announce that Wilmington has completed the sale of its Drinks publishing division to William Reed Publishing Limited for a total cash consideration of £2.2 million.

The Drinks Division comprises of Wilmington’s businesses and assets in the drinks and travel retail markets and includes the magazine titles “Wine” and “Drinks International” as well as the “International Wine Challenge”, the world’s largest blind wine tasting event.
