TechTarget acquires BeyeNETWORK

TechTargetNewton, MA – April 13, 2010 – Technology media company TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) today announces the acquisition of global BeyeNETWORK which includes websites:

BeyeNETWORK.com™, BeyeBLOGS.com™,BeyeRESEARCH.com™, and the related international-language sites.

BeyeNETWORK is a group of online technology sites that provide news, expert information and exclusive resources on the business information management lifecycle, including business intelligence (BI) best practices, business analytics, data integration, and data governance. All of the sites’ content is written by industry experts who share their experiences and research in a collection of articles, podcasts, and blogs focused on specific vertical industries. Ron Powell, BeyeNETWORK’s founder, will join TechTarget.

To coincide with the acquisition, the Company also announced the launch of SearchBusinessAnalytics.com, a website designed to empower today’s IT and business leaders with tactical and strategic resources for intelligent decision-making. The launch of SearchBusinessAnalytics.com represents an opportunity to expand beyond TechTarget’s existing portfolio of business intelligence media such as SearchDataManagement.com™ to attract a wider audience of BI professionals with a more granular analytics and performance management technology focus.
